OUR WORKSHOP

We use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), 3D Modelling and 3D Printing to create scale models of new technologies and test them in a local live fish testing facility.
Once validated, we create the required complex shapes in our 10,000 sq. ft. manufacturing shop, using the best-suited materials for your environment.
Our manufacturing team has access to a blend of additive techniques such as 3D printing combined with traditional reduction manufacturing techniques such as water jet cutting, milling machines, CNC lathes, and fibreglass, grinding and painting in our environmentally controlled work areas.
By working collaboratively with your team, we make sure our systems are simple to operate and easily adaptable to your working environment.

Our team designs, builds, manufactures and / or modifies monitors, cameras, feeders, accessories and cage cleaners. We also custom design and manufacture purpose-built aquaculture technologies that will optimize your business and enhance fish welfare.
In addition, we offer engineering options analysis. A modest investment in proper options analysis can yield significant returns by uncovering all available options before investing in solutions.
